Every Competition Needs a Referee
Often we provide our expertise to help others with competitions. Dr. Meri Cummings, science resource teacher and lab manager as well as director of the annual West Virginia FIRST LEGO League tournament, served as a judge at the U.S. Open national robotics competition. In addition, associate director Dr. Laurie Ruberg coordinated the STEM lesson poster contest for the Langley Research Center Pre-Service Teacher Contest.
