Publications
Ruberg's research, publications, and presentations reflect her interest in writing, curriculum development, program evaluation, and innovative application of computer-mediated communication technologies to support science education. Her dissertation research provides an in-depth analysis of student participation and interaction that occurred during computer-mediated interactive writing activities conducted within the context of moving a lecture/lab course to a multimedia distance learning format. Her current research focuses on designing and testing how technology can be used to improve and enrich the social context of instruction.

Recipient of AERA Division H School Evaluation and Program Development Outstanding Publications Competition on Program Evaluation Studies, 2008

Senior Instructional Designer/Project Lead for BioBLAST™ multimedia CD-ROM (1995-1999), which received the following awards:
