Space Camp Participants Take on Moon Mission

The Challenger Learning Center® at the Center for Educational Technologies® conducted its Target Moon e-Mission™ Sept. 14 for participants in Space Camp in Huntsville, AL.
e-Missions use distance learning to provide students with simulations that emphasize teamwork, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills. In Target Moon a comet is on target to hit one of three lunar settlements. Students use their math and science skills to project which settlement has the highest probability of impact and which should be evacuated.
