Corporate STAR Clients Run Operation Montserrat

The Challenger Learning Center® at the Center for Educational Technologies® conducted the Operation Montserrat e-Mission™ Oct. 2-3 for clients of the Corporate STAR program in Savannah, GA.
Corporate STAR is a human resource consultant specializing in team building and leadership development. It has partnered with the Challenger Learning Center to offer Operation Montserrat as a training option for its clients. In Operation Montserrat participants must decide how to save the residents of the small Caribbean island of Montserrat as a volcano erupts and a hurricane approaches.
The e-Mission can help adults build a variety of skills—teamwork, working under stress, communication, decision making, problem-solving, critical thinking, leadership, and resource management.
