DLN Session Brainstorms Focus Group Questions

The associate director of the Center for Educational Technologies® facilitated a session on NASA's Digital Learning Network (DLN) at the Oklahoma State University, NASA Explorer Schools, and Digital Learning Network Professional Development Conference held Jan. 28-Feb. 1 in New Orleans.
Dr. Laurie Ruberg joined Caryn Long, DLN assistant manager, in leading a focus group of DLN project managers and coordinators from Ames Research Center, Marshall Space Flight Center, and Kennedy Space Center. They brainstormed questions to be used for focus group sessions designed to evaluate how the DLN is serving the needs of customers in three NASA centers while expanding the DLN's ever-increasing service base.
The focus group research will take place in the spring.
