Florida Tech Conference Features e-Missions™

Participants at the Florida Educational Technology Conference (FETC) Jan. 23 learned about the Challenger Learning Center's e-Mission™ program.
Jackie Shia, director of the Challenger Learning Center® at the Center for Educational Technologies® presented “e-Mission: An Adventure in Distance Learning” at the conference, which was held Jan. 22-25 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando.
e-Missions use distance learning to provide students and adults with problem-based simulations that emphasize teamwork, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills. They allow teachers to easily integrate the excitement of technology into the classroom.
FETC is one of the largest, most successful conferences in the United States devoted to educational technology.
