Staff Are Faculty Members Too
Our home on the campus of Wheeling Jesuit University provides a delicious opportunity for a number of staff members to practice what they preach. In 2008 even more members of the Center for Educational Technologies branched out to teaching and working with the university community, putting into practice our educational research and staying in touch with the classroom. For instance, curriculum writer and NASA Educator Resource Center coordinator Jane Neuenschwander teaches classes each semester in WJU's education program. Video manager Don Watson teaches a number of classes in the university's multimedia major. And associate director Dr. Laurie Ruberg is helping spearhead the university's once a decade accreditation process. She also mentored two students in WJU's student research seminar.
